Additionally, make sure that you never ever sleep with your make-up on! This will just clog your pores and irritate your skin
2. Eat a healthy diet
It all starts from within and yes when it comes to the matters of your skin, what you eat also plays an important role in that. Make sure that you take a properly balanced diet that has all the nutrients and vitamins and you drink lots of water in order to reduce the chances of getting unwanted acne. This will also help maintain hormonal balance in women.
Additionally, avoid consuming sweetened or artificially sweetened beverages and limit sugars and carbohydrates in your diet.
3. Watch your sun time
While it is known that sunlight is a great source of vitamin D and has antimicrobial properties that help reduce skin inflammation! But too much of sun time can do you more harm than good.Much acne is sensitive to the sun and might become worse if exposed directly to the sun.
Hence, do not forget to put a sunblock (Trust us on this) to keep the harmful rays away from your precious skin.
4. Keep your hands off
Hear us loud and clear - never ever pop or prick your pimples. While it might look very tempting and you might think that popping that nasty pimple will make you get rid of it, you are highly mistaken.This will only make it worse and might even result in the formation of more pimples in the same area! Keeping your hands off the face also helps keep the dirt away from your face.
