1. Wash your face!
First and foremost, always wash your face once or twice a day with an over-the-counter face wash! This will keep your skin free from any dust and bacteria.
Do not over wash your skin and make it lose all the essential oil. All you need to do is gently wash your face and dab it with a soft towel afterward.
Additionally, make sure that you never ever sleep with your make-up on! This will just clog your pores and irritate your skin
2. Eat a healthy diet
It all starts from within and yes when it comes to the matters of your skin, what you eat also plays an important role in that. Make sure that you take a properly balanced diet that has all the nutrients and vitamins and you drink lots of water in order to reduce the chances of getting unwanted acne.
