Cancellation & Refund policy:

www.andme.in OR “Merhaki Foods & Nutrition Private Limited” does not entertain cancellation, refund, or returns after the order is successfully placed on the portal. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.

Requests will ONLY BE CONSIDERED in the following cases:
  1. Applicable for Refund: 

If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days if Merhaki Foods Nutrition fails to ship the ordered products. 

 

  1. Applicable for cancellation and refund:

If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies. We will automatically inform you on the same

 

  1. Applicable for replacement or refund:

In case the product(s) received by the buyer is in a damaged or expired condition

 

  1. Processing – replacement:

Buyer has to inform www. andme.in OR “Merhaki Foods & Nutrition Private Limited” via email support@globalbees.com
within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address, with their order details and supporting pictures. From the date of written confirmation of replacement to the customer, the replacement products will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

 

  1. Processing – refund:

Buyer has to inform www. andme.in OR “Merhaki Foods & Nutrition Private Limited” via email support@globalbees.com
within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address, with their order details and supporting pictures. From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days. The amount will be refunded in the customers' mode of payment. 

NO Refund will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations.

 

Further, NO refunds will be given in the following cases: 
  1. Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer 
  2. Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises 
  3. Refusal to accept products 
  4. Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself 
  5. Force majeure event 
  6. In case the product has undergone any tampering by the customer

 

Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Shipping policy:

 

Starting April 3rd, 2020, we have resumed operations and started shipping orders. But delivery times may take longer than usual and we might not be able to fulfill across all pin codes.

 

Changing Delivery Address: You can change the delivery address for an order until it ships. 

Tracking Orders: Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, you can track your order HERE

If unable to service: Once you have placed the order, within 48hrs, we will let you know if we are unable to ship the order to your pin code. In which case, we will process your refund, which will reflect in your account in 7 - 10 working days.

Delivery time: Delivery times will vary from 7 - 20 days, as there are extensive checks at the state borders.

Delivery safety: We maintain the highest levels of precautions while packaging your drinks. For your safety, we recommend that you discard the box, wash your hands and take out the drinks.
