Similarly petroleum products are also a big no-no as they can ruin the p.h level of your vagina.
4. No tight clothes
When it comes to fabric of underwear, your vagina has a preference: it’s cotton! This is because it is breathable and absorbs moisture. Wearing tight clothes made from synthetic fabrics reduces air circulation and it leads to sweating.
Excessive sweating and moistures acts as a breeding ground for bacteria and yeast which can cause vaginal infections.
Refrain from wearing leather pants, tight spandex and wet bathing suits for a long period of time. You can even consider sleeping in your birth suit and allow your vagina to breathe.
5. Maintain a healthy diet

Following a balanced nutritious diet is key to vaginal health. It also helps in maintaining hormonal balance in women. Additionally, drinking plenty of water of is also critical for a healthy vagina! There are certain foods that can also be effective in treating vaginal health problems.
